Nebular Theory
A theory developed by Pierre Simon Laplace. He believed that the solar system was formed through gas and dust particles from stars.
Dust-Cloud Theory
The solar system was formed through meteorite dust particles. The dust particles condensed and formed that became planets.
Dynamic Encounter Theory
This theory was developed by Georges Louis Leclerc Buffon, a French natural scientist. According to him, the planets were formed when a big comet or asteroid collided with the sun.
Solar Disruption Theory
The Sun and a big star collided in space. This led to a disturbance in space which caused some parts of the Sun to burst. The torn pieces from the Sun became the planets.
Planetisimal Theory
This theory is a rock-type object formed in the early solar system from collisions with other objects in the solar system. The collisions eventually formed larger objects that led to the formation of planets.
Collision Theory
Two big stars collided and both of them exploded. The particles from both stars became planets.
Big Bang Theory
The universe used to be nothing and have nothing. It started as a little speck of a hot, super-massive, and super-dense ball. Then BANG. A violent explosion hurled the material within that ball into all directions of space.
Creation Theory
This a theory that Christians believe. God created this world and all the in it in six days. The account creation is recorded in Genesis 1.
Our world consist of land and water. We have mountains, valleys, plains, cliffs, hills that composed the land. We have oceans, seas, rivers, streams, and lakes that provides water for living things.
